Natural Gemstones Collection – Features genuine, natural stones set in sterling silver with rhodium or gold plating for durability and elegance.

Lab-Created Stones Collection – A more affordable option that showcases high-quality lab-created stones set in 14K rolled gold for a luxurious look at a great value.

9. What is rolled gold?

Rolled gold is a high-quality metal finish where a layer of solid gold is permanently bonded to a base metal (such as brass) through heat and pressure. It is more durable and long-lasting than gold plating, making it an excellent option for fine jewelry at an affordable price.

Caring for gold filled jewelry is not too much different from caring for other types of jewelry. Here are
our top tips:

1- Avoid wearing your gold-filled jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine can cause damage.

2- Keep your gold-filled jewelry as dry as possible and away from pesky humidity!

3- Make sure you store it individually in an air-tight plastic bag or microfibre bags as rubbing it against other jewelry can cause it to lose its sheen.

4- Avoid wearing your gold-filled jewelry when working out. Exposure to the salt from sweat can cause your pieces to become dull.

5- Be mindful that perfume, hairspray and hand lotions may tarnish your gold-filled jewelry due to the harsh chemicals they contain.

6- Gently wipe your gold-filled piece with a jewelry polishing, non-scratch cloth every now and again to promote shine.

It’s important to note that coloured gemstones vary in their levels of durability.

WEARING FREQUENCY:

The hardest stones are diamond, sapphire, and ruby (Mohs hardness ratings of 10 and 9) ad can be worn on regular basis.

Aquamarine, emerald, morganite, and topaz (7.5 – 8 hardness rating) are also suitable for daily wear, but as they are slightly softer stones, care should be taken to ensure they aren’t scratched or knocked.

Gems including amethyst, citrine, garnet, peridot, and tanzanite (hardness rating of 7 and below), should be worn with care to avoid potential scratches or damage.

Change and show off your Eva & Elie jewelry often! It will keep them safe, and you can also flaunt in different designs and colours every day!

CLEANING:

To clean your gemstone jewelry at home, simply use mild dish soap and warm water.
Do not submerge your emeralds in Acetone, Alcohol or Thinner.

Pearls and Opals should not be submerged in water. For these gems, simply wipe gently with a soft cloth to remove any build-up of dust and oils.

STORING:

To protect the vibrant colour of your gemstone pieces, remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it safely, away from direct sunlight.

Store your pieces separately in a safe place, such as a fabric lined jewelry box or the microfibre jewelry pouches.

METAL PROTECTION:

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, follow these wearing tips:

Put Jewelry on Last – Always wear your jewelry after applying lotions, perfumes, and makeup to avoid exposure to chemicals.

Avoid Water & Sweat – Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising, as moisture can cause tarnishing or wear down the plating.
