Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

  • If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

International Shipping:

  • Eva and Elie Gems ships worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • Eva and Elie Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes & Order Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your order or update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part.
